Our ancestor, Ellen Connolly, had Connolly relatives named Darby, Pat, Norry, and Donal.

The suspected relative named Darby was married to Susanna Fuller. Susanna was raised in the Church of Ireland. Darby and Susanna eloped, then 'fessed up to the local Catholic priest a month before she gave birth to their first child. They would have three known children - Patrick (1828), (Mary (1830), and Michael (1833).

Susanna was the godmother of Ellen Connolly's and Daniel McCarthy's first infant named Dan (1828), who probably died while still an infant. Eventually Susanna was baptized a Catholic.

These Connollys lived in and around Garryglass in Drinagh, in west Cork, Ireland. Their extended Connolly relatives may have lived in Curraghalicky and on the east edge of Drinagh parish in Kippagh.

Seeking to identify descendants of not only Ellen but her relatives Darby, Pat, Norry and Donal. We'd like to be able to find a patriline descendant of a man who may have been Ellen's brother and have him Y test to see where our Connollys fit in the bigger picture.
